Vibrant crimson in colour with a magenta hue. Enticing Merlot aromas burst from the glass with strong notes of freshly picked plum and a lovely cool mint lift. This is an expressive, fresh and vivacious wine, with a generous, round and succulent palate. The mid palate shows lovely synergy with a burst of fruit,hints of exotic spices and tannins that glide through to the fresh and lively finish.

Perfect with a traditional Cassoulet; or a Kabuli chickpea, spinach and red onion pasta.
