Pinot Noir e Raboso Spumante Brut
Characteristics and production process: The grapes are hand-picked and produced with a white vinification (skins and must are in contact for 12 hours). The second fermentation takes place in autoclave at a controlled temperature of 14°-15° C. The wine is then cold stabilized at -3° C for a week, filtered and bottled
Colour and appearance: Rosy, brilliant, with a rich and persistent foam and a fine perlage.
Bouquet: Aroma of Golden apple and berries, mostly raspberry and currants
Taste: Dry, soft, fresh and lively with intense flowery scents and a pleasantly persistent aftertaste
Suggested glass: Crystal flute or white wine glass
Serving temperature: 4/5°C – 39/41°F
