Small, handy, nicely shaped with a mildly sweet taste. This is a young cheese, easily sliced and is straw yellowish in color. A fine combination with stewed fruit compote, pear-saffron-delight and lemon mustard sauce. Enjoy with a strong white or young red wine. Can use for pizza and other cheese dishes.
