About Victoria Wines

Victoria Wines is a locally owned limited liability private company and was incorporated in 1997, although it traded as a division of Matrix Holdings Ltd from 1992.

The Head Office is based in Suva where there is a retail store, two bonded warehouses, a duty-paid warehouse and an administration office; the Suva office handles all exports and ship's supplies, and distributes to the eastern and southern islands of Vanua Levu, Taveuni, Lau, Lomaiviti, Kadavu and Beqa.

There is a second retail store and a warehouse in Nadi that distributes to the main tourism areas of the Yasawa and Mamanuca Islands and the Coral Coast.

Company sales are approximately 60% Wholesale, 20% Retail and 20% Export and Ship's Supplies. The Wholesale market is predominantly to hotels, and is predominantly wine; exports and ship's supplies are mainly cigarettes and spirits, and the retail market covers all areas but with a bias to wine.

Victoria Wines & Spirits is the first company to market wine in Fiji in a professional manner, with wine stored at 15 degrees, an extensive portfolio of quality wineries, a wide selection of aged and expensive wines, and a background of wine knowledge and expertise.

We run a wine club with over 250 members with monthly meetings and tastings, and offer the hotel industry unprecedented help and advice on menu selection.

We have a staff of 22 employees and a fleet of five vehicles.
